How it’s built+
Unique software per club. Its own bot and data perimeter; isolation is
enforced at the database level — one club’s queries physically cannot see
another’s records.
Your own private server. Connections are encrypted; server access is by
cryptographic keys only.
Daily backups. The history can’t be lost — and can’t be rewritten.
Auto-deleting old days is set manually by the owner.
Roles, PIN and audit log. Sign-in via Telegram plus a PIN, role-based
permissions. Every action is recorded — with a name and a time.
Club data is never shared with third parties — not sold, not shown, not used

What owners ask
Do we need to install anything?+
No. EasyRake is a Telegram mini app, and ClubGG exports arrive at a dedicated mailbox and process themselves. Nothing gets installed on your computer or inside ClubGG.
Does it get access to the ClubGG account?+
No. It only reads the official export reports ClubGG sends by email. It never needs logins, passwords or club-management access.
How is rakeback calculated?+
At each player’s personal rate, with separate Hold’em and Omaha percentages and per-category table minimums. Referral percentages come from the same export and land on the referrer. Crediting is one button, with confirmation.
What about crypto payments?+
Club wallets are read straight from the blockchain. Every transfer is matched against cage records: anything unrecorded shows up as its own line with amount and date. Network fees for sending and receiving crypto are detected automatically and booked into club expenses.
Can a manager fix a record after the fact?+
No. Money records can’t be edited or deleted. A wrong record is voided with a new one — both stay in history with a name and time, and the owner sees the audit log.
How long does onboarding take?+
About a day: we set up the club, the export mailbox and the bot, and migrate current player debts. You can run games the same evening.
